NIGHT WATCH

Time: 0207 hours

Charges: VC 10852, HS 11377 (A), 11350 (A), PC 466, 182 (A)(1), WARRANT
Location: Emerald Grove Dr. / Park Trail Dr.
Suspect #1: KNIGHT, TRAVIS (WMA, 30, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: FOWLER, TIFFANY (WFA, 38, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding subjects that appeared to be possibly trying to steal wheels off a parked vehicle. The parked vehicle had wood blocks next to it. Officers arrived and found the parked vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. A witness provided a vehicle description for a vehicle seen leaving the area. Officers located a vehicle, matching the description provided by the witness, parked in the same area. S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were contacted inside the vehicle. While detaining the two suspects, officers observed multiple items and tools related to stealing vehicle wheels. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. A search of the vehicle the suspects were found in
led to the discovery of heroin with S-2’s property. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8500 block of Sun Sprite Ct.
Suspect: GALVIN, JESSICA (WFA, 39, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Calvine Rd. / Heritage Hill Dr.
Suspect: ROOKER, JOSHUA (WMA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Suspect: RODRIGUEZ, VINCENT (HMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.
