Charges: HS 11550 (A), 11364
Location: Franklin Blvd. / Laguna Blvd.
Suspect #1: FUKUI, SEAN (AMA, 25, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: HEISE, DYLAN (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were contacted in the above area. A search of S-1’s person and S-2’s property led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was also found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested
and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8800 block of Calvine Rd.
Suspect #1: MYERS, SUSAN (WFA, 33, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: WILLIAMS, CHRISTOPHER (BMA, 29, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) shoplifting in a business with S-2 (Sacramento resident) waiting in a vehicle for S-1. Officers arrived and contacted S-2, who was sitting in a parked vehicle. In plain view, officers observed narcotic paraphernalia in the vehicle. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest and S-2 was on probation. S-2 was found in possession of methamphetamine and indicia related to narcotic sales. Both suspects were
arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: EASLEY, AARON (BMA, 40, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 pushed V-1 down twice. V-1 sustained a visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: ALAM, FAKHAR (OMA, 63, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for violating a restraining order and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: ROSENBERG, ERIC (WMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was riding a bicycle and stopped for a vehicle code violation. A consent search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
