S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 hit V-1. Officers also learned S-1 had threatened V-1 during another incident. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 choked V-1 causing V-1 to fall. V-1 sustained a visible injury. S-1 prevented V-1 from calling for help. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (HMA, 40)
S-1 walked up to V-1, who was using an ATM, grabbed V-1 and demanded V-1 withdraw money from the ATM. Fearing for their safety, V-1 tried to withdraw money but was not able to. S-1 then pushed V-1 and ran away. S-1 was described as Hispanic male, approximately 40 years old, and wearing a
black hooded sweatshirt.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (BMJ, 15-17)
V-1 was walking when S-1 grabbed V-1’s purse and ran away. V-1 ran after S-1 to try and get the purse back. S-1 pushed V-1 down causing a visible injury. S-1 ran to a waiting vehicle that was occupied by two other males. S-1 was described as an African American male, 15-17 years old and wearing a blue or green hooded sweatshirt. The vehicle was described as a gray or white 4-door sedan.
