Suspect: LOVITT, HEIDI (WFA, 56, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the above area. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 7500 block of Laguna Blvd.
Suspect: RINGO, CLARENCE (HMA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to be on probation and contacted in the above area. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine, narcotic paraphernalia, and burglary tools. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8600 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect #1: MCKEE, IAN (WMA, 38, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: OSMAN, NAJIBURAHMAN (OMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and S-2 (Elk Grove resident) were contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-2 had an active warrant out for his arrest and prohibited from possessing pepper spray. A search of S-2’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine and pepper spray.
S-1 was found to be in possession of a prohibited weapon. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-2 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: DAVILA, MISTIE (BFA, 45, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the driver’s seat of a vehicle parked in the above location. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. In plain view, officers observed open containers of alcoholic beverages in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of
methamphetamine. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2 (Sacramento resident) were contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed both suspects had active warrants out for their arrest. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
