Location: Calvine Rd. / Power Inn Rd.
Suspect: KING, SHANE (WMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was riding a bicycle and stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A search incident to arrest of S-1’s person led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed shoplifting by store loss prevention and confronted. S-1 threatened to pepper spray the loss prevention officer and pushed the shopping cart into the loss prevention officer. S-1 left the scene without the stolen merchandise and was detained by responding
officers nearby. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
