Officers were responding to a burglary alarm when they observed a vehicle leaving the area of the burglary alarm. The vehicle was stopped and all three suspects (Elk Grove residents) were contacted in the vehicle. A record check revealed all three suspects were on probation. A search of the vehicle
led to the discovery of burglary tools and property stolen during the burglary. All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and arrested him. S-1 was transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Dixon resident) shoplifting. Officers arrived and attempted to detain S-1, who ran from officers. Officers caught S-1 after a short foot pursuit. S-1 then became combative. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained her. S-1 identified herself with a fake name. Officers learned S-1’s real name and a record check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for her arrest. A search incident to arrest of S-1’s property led to the discovery of burglary
tools, methamphetamine, heroin, and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

sweatshirt, black pants and black shoes. S-2 was described as an African American male, wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes. S-3 was described as an African American male, wearing all black clothing.
