Suspect #1: NGUYEN, JUSTIN (AMA, 23, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: NEVAREZ, ELLIE (WFA, 23, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding a disturbance involving S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents). S-1 physically resisted when officers attempted to detain S-1. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained him. During the incident, S-2 tried to obstruct and interfere
with S-1’s detainment. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8100 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: PECKHAM, CONNER (WMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was consensually contacted in a vehicle. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and heroin. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Location: 8700 block of Heritage Hill Dr.
Suspect: THOMAS, BRITTON (WMA, 20, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle with the engine running. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 was found to be in possession of fake ID. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Up contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Location: 8800 block of Calvine Rd.
Victim: KOHLS
Suspect #1: VATICANO, DOMENICK (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: BASSETT, STEPHANIE (WFA, 39, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were contacted for shoplifting. A record check revealed both suspects were on probation and S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-2 was also found to be in violation of a restraining order. S-1 was found to be in possession of the stolen merchandise. A search of the vehicle S-2 was driving led to the discovery of stolen property, burglary tools and narcotic paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.
