Officers attempted to contact S-1 (Sacramento resident) related to a call for service. S-1 ran away from officers but was eventually detained. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 hit V-1 in the face. As officers arrived, S-1 was pulling away in his vehicle. S-1 refused to yield for officers for a short distance. S-1 eventually stopped and was detained. S-1 was arrested. V-1
was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
