Officers responded to a call for service regarding shell casings found in the above area. No residences or vehicles were struck. Based on calls for service, the initial incident had occurred earlier in the morning.

Officers attempted to contact S-1 (Sacramento resident) related to a call for service. S-1 ran away from officers but was eventually detained. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 hit V-1 in the face. As officers arrived, S-1 was pulling away in his vehicle. S-1 refused to yield for officers for a short distance. S-1 eventually stopped and was detained. S-1 was arrested. V-1
was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
