Location: 8400 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect: CLARK, DARRELL (BMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: MASSEY, KEITH (WMA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in an argument that escalated when S-1 grabbed V-1 by the arms, shook V-1 and then threw at cell phone at V-1. When V-1 attempted to call for help, S-1 took V-1’s phone away. A record check revealed V-1 had a protective order against S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was riding a motorcycle when officers attempted to stop S-1 for vehicle code violations. S-1 refused to stop and fled. S-1 was eventually stopped by officers, arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: VALENCIA, MANUEL (HMA, 62, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 slapped V-1. S-1 was arrested.
