Location: 10100 block of Hampton Oak Dr.
Suspect: TRAN, DAN (AMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were in an argument in a residence when S-1 brandished a firearm and then discharged one round. Two children were in the residence at the time of the incident. No one was injured. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: BOUSKILA, MICHAEL (WMA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Los Angeles resident) was known to V-1. S-1 entered V-1’s residence and took V-1’s property. S-1 had also sent threatening text messages to V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: ZENO, LATOYA (BFA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. When officers attempted to detain S-1, S-1 resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and detained her. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: HATHAWAY, BRIAN (WMA, 48, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was involved in an argument with V-1 and V-2 (teens) that escalated into a physical altercation. S-1 pulled V-1’s hair and V-1 sustained a visible injury as a result of the altercation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 5300 block of Laguna Park Dr.
Suspect: MANOKOUN, THEPHALAK (AMA, 35, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a local hospital for S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who had suffered a gunshot wound to his hand. Officers learned earlier in the morning S-1, who was impaired at the time, discharged a
round that struck in him in his hand while handling his firearm. There were children home at the time of the incident. The round then traveled into a neighboring residence. No one was injured other than S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9100 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect: OSMAN, NAJIBURAHMAN (OMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of pepper spray and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.
