Suspect: HICKS, JUSTIN (WMA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were in an argument that escalated when S-1 spat on V-1 and physically block V-1 from leaving. A record check revealed S-1 was on parole. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8300 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: PANDUROPUGA, RAFAEL (HMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probable cause search of S-1 and the vehicle led to the discovery of ammunition, cocaine and narcotic paraphernalia. Through the course of the investigation, officers learned S-1 had thrown out a firearm prior to being stopped. A police K9 searched the route traveled by S-1 prior to being stopped and found a loaded firearm. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
