Suspect: ARIAS, MICHAEL (HMA, 56, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a hit and run collision. S-1 later returned to the scene. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: BURR, KIMIKO (WFA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with a pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.
