NIGHT WATCH

DAY WATCH

Time: 1218 hours

Charges: VC 10852, 2800.2 (A), PC 466
Location: 7800 block of Gadsby Ct.
Suspect: JUVENILE (HMJ, 17, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed taking off the license plate off V-1’s vehicle. S-1 fled in a vehicle with V-1’s license plate. Responding officers located S-1 and attempted to stop him. S-1 refused to stop and led officers on a short pursuit. S-1 then yielded and fled on foot only to be found hiding nearby by officers. S-1 was taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall.

Location: 8900 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect #1: ORTIZ-BAETIONG, JACOB (HMA, 18, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: JUVENILE (WMJ, 17, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2 (Sacramento resident) entered the business and demanded money from the employee. S-1 simulated he was in possession of a weapon. Fearing for their safety, the employee complied. The suspects grabbed money from the cash register and fled on foot. Responding officers located both suspects hiding a backyard of a residence nearby. While officers were attempting to detain S-1, he became combative by kicking and spitting at officers. Officers overcame S-1’s resistance and he was detained. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. S-2 was taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall.

Suspect: SANDHU, HARMANDEEP (OFA, 43, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 punched V-1 in the chest and scratched the V-1’s face. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Victim: NUGGET MARKET
Suspect: FRANKLIN, SHEENA (BFA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Stockton resident) was observed shoplifting by store loss prevention. When S-1 was confronted by loss prevention, S-1 elbowed the store employee and purposely scratched the employee’s hands trying to flee. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: BASA, EUGENE (AMA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 slapped V-1 in the face causing a visible injury. V-1 was holding a child at the time. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: HOWARD, JUSTIN (BMA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident), who was known to V-1, attempted to gain entry into V-1’s residence by forcing open the front door and then fled. S-1 later called V-1 and made threats. S-1 was later located, arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted in the above area and known to be on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.
