Suspect: SANDERS, ELIJAH (BMA, 32, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated when S-1 threw a weight at V-1 hitting V-1 in the ear causing a visible injury. S-1 then vandalized V-1’s vehicle. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: JORDANSCOTT, DONOVAN (BMA, 19, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) contacted V-1 and V-2 via a social media app and arranged to purchase marijuana from the victims. Both parties agreed to meet at a prearranged location. During the meeting, S-1 brandished a firearm and demanded the victim’s property. S-1 fled in his vehicle with the marijuana and V-1’s money. Responding officers located a vehicle parked at residence matching the description of the vehicle S-1 was seen leaving in. A short time later, S-1 left in the vehicle and was stopped. Through the course of the investigation, S-1 was positively identified as the suspect who robbed the victims. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated when S-1 punched V-1 in the face and chest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in an argument when S-1 used a knife to puncture V-1’s vehicle tire. V-1 signed a citizen’s arrest form. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: HARGRAVE, ROSALINA (HFA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a single vehicle collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and
was arrested.

Officers observed S-1 (Elk Grove resident) driving a motor vehicle and a check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. S-1 was stopped, arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: UNKNOWN (BMA, 24-29)
Suspect #2: UNKNOWN (BMA, 24-29)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding the suspects riding ATVs in a park. Responding officers located both suspects and attempted to stop them. Both suspects fled on the ATVs and led officers on a pursuit. After a short distance, officers terminated the pursuit due to public safety. A search
for the suspects of the surrounding area was unsuccessful.

Location: 8600 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: JUVENILE (BMJ, 15, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in an argument when S-1 hit V-1in the head with a plastic trash can causing a visible injury. S-1 fled before officers arrived, however, he was located and detained. S-1 was taken into custody and transported to juvenile hall.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
