Location: 9200 block of Franklin Blvd.
Suspect: VARGAS, DONNY (HMA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine, heroin and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and
released.

Suspect: SINGH, INDERPAL (OMA, 39, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in an argument that escalated when S-1 pushed V-1 down and punched V-1 several times. The incident occurred with children present. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 4600 block of Laguna West Way
Suspect: CLAY, DAEVON (BMA, 21, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident), who was known to V-1, entered V-1’s residence. V-1 confronted S-1 and an argument ensued. During the argument, S-1 struck V-1 several times in the head and face causing visible injuries. V-1 was able to flee the residence. S-1 was contacted and detained inside V-1’s residence. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. While being arrested, S-1 resisted physically. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in an argument when S-1 grabbed and squeezed V-1’s arm. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
