Suspect: TAYLOR, ANTHONY (BMA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated when S-1 scratched V-1’s chest and neck causing visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9300 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Victim: ELK GROVE WINE AND LIQUOR
Suspect #1: JUVENILE (HMJ, 14, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: JUVENILE (WMJ, 16, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: JUVENILE (HMJ, 16, ARRESTED)
The suspects (Elk Grove residents) forced entry into the business by throwing a rock through the glass doors. The suspects then entered the business, took bottles of alcohol and fled. Through the course of the investigation, all three suspects were identified, taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall.

Location: 9100 block of Malden Ct.
Suspect: REED, MARCIA (WFA, 58, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated when S-1 grabbed a firearm, pointed it at V-1 and threatened V-1. S-1 then fired one shot in the residence, not in the direction of V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8700 block of Mecca Rd.
Suspect: RODRIGUEZ, JOSE (HMA, 29, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Sacramento resident) who had driven his vehicle into V-1’s driveway security gate. S-1 then entered V-1’s residence and was confronted by V-1. S-1 walked out of the residence only to try to reenter the residence through a window. Again S-1 was confronted by V-1. S-1 brandished a knife. S-1 went into one of V-1’s vehicles, which was unlocked, and took some property from the vehicle. S-1 fled in his vehicle which was located not far from the scene and stopped by responding officers. S-1 was detained and a search of the vehicle led to the
discovery of methamphetamine, cocaine, narcotic paraphernalia and the property that was taken from V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
