NIGHT WATCH

Time: 0220 hours
Report #: 20-002886
Charges: VC 23153 (A), 20001 (A), WARRANT
Location: Big Horn Blvd. / Franklin Blvd.
Suspect: ACEVEDO, JESSE (HMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. As a result of the collision, the occupants in the other vehicle sustained minor injuries. After the collision, S-1 fled the scene but was located nearby by responding officers. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: DEALBA, MITCHELLE (HFA, 32, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) causing a disturbance. Officers arrived and found S-1 in the driver’s seat of a vehicle with the engine running. When S-1 saw the officers, she got out of the vehicle and tried to run. Officers were able to detain S-1. S-1 displayed
objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Location: 8700 block of Auberry Dr.
Suspect: GORDON, ALEXANDER (BMA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation and prohibited from possessing ammunition. A probation search of S-1’s residence led to the
discovery of ammunition. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Charges: PC 529, 1203.2 (A), WARRANT
Location: Morganite Way / Ridgerock Dr.
Suspect: GALLARDO, LORENZO (HMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. S-1 identified himself using someone else’s name. Officers learned S-1’s real identity and a record check revealed S-1 was on probation and had active warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
