Suspect: CLARK, DARRELL (BMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person and property led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and
released.

Location: 9500 block of Crisswell Dr.
Suspect #1: MACKEY, JAMAJIA (BMA, 21, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: JUVENILE (WMJ, 17)
Suspect #3: PAYAWAL, KAMERON (WMA, 23, ARRESTED)
Suspect #4: JAUREGUIVALDEZ, BENNY (HMA, 19, ARRESTED)
V-1 met with S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) to sell a backpack at a prearranged location. During the meeting, S-1 pulled out a knife. Fearing for their safety, V-1 backed away. Both suspects fled in their vehicle with V-1’s backpack. V-1 followed the suspects to a nearby apartment complex while
contacting police. V-1 and another person confronted the suspects when S-3 (Elk Grove resident) and S-4 (Sacramento resident) walked up and assaulted V-1 to assist with the escape of S-1 and S-2. Responding officers arrived and detained S-1, S-3 and S-4. S-2 fled prior to the officers’ arrival. A probable cause search of S-3’s vehicle led to the discovery of loaded firearm that was not registered to S-3. S-1, S-3, and S-4 were arrested for robbery and conspiracy additionally S-3 was arrested on the firearm related charges. All three suspects were transported to the main jail.
