Location: 7700 block of Laguna Blvd.
Victim: TOTAL WINE AND MORE
Suspect #1: UNKNOWN (BFA, 20-25)
Suspect #2: UNKNOWN (BFA, 20-25)
S-1 and S-2 were observed by store employees shoplifting. When store employees confronted the suspects, the suspects pepper sprayed the employees. The suspects then walked out of the store with the stolen merchandise and fled in a vehicle.

Suspect: WEHNER, JONATHAN (BMA, 23, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were in an argument S-1 intentionally rammed his vehicle into V-1’s vehicle with V-1 in it. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Elk Grove Florin Rd. / Silverberry Ave.
Suspect: LEE, ROBERT (AMA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle in the above area. A check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. S-1 was stopped and detained. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a fraudulent check, burglary tools, and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: OSMAN, NAJIBURAHAM (OMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for vehicle code violations. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search led to the discovery of pepper spray, which S-1 is prohibited from possessing. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: ELLISON, JACQUELINE (WFA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of methamphetamine, heroin, and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and
released.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
