Suspects rob Total Wine and More, spray employees with pepper spray

On Tuesday afternoon two suspects were observed shoplifting inside the Total Wine & More located at 7707 Laguna Blvd around 12:30 pm. When employees tried to stop the suspects, they were sprayed with pepper spray.

The two suspects described as African American males, ages 20-25, then fled in a car with the stolen merchandize.
