Suspect: MARMELSTEIN, ANDREW (WMA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle. A check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. S-1 was stopped, arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8400 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect: ELLIOTT, CRISTY (BFA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Oakland resident) was a passenger in a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probable cause search of the vehicle and S-1’s property led to the discovery of heroin, cocaine, narcotic paraphernalia, and indicia related to narcotic sales. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: WALKER, HIRAM (WMA, 30, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: DICKERSON, TIMOTHY (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento resident) were observed by store loss prevention shoplifting. Both suspects were detained. A record check revealed S-1 was on parole and probation and S-2 was on probation as well. A search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of counterfeit money. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 grabbed and pulled V-1 by the arm causing visible injuries. The incident took place in the presence of a child. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
