Location: 10400 block of Grant Line Rd.
Suspect: NAVARRO, JOSE (HMA, 44, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in collision with a fixed object. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect #1: UNKNOWN (WMA)
Suspect #2: UNKNOWN (WMA)
S-1 was underneath V-1’s vehicle taking the catalytic converter when S-1 was confronted by V-1. S-2 pushed V-1 down, allowing both suspects to flee in their vehicle with V-1’s catalytic converter. The suspect vehicle fled westbound on El Oro Plaza Drive and was described as a black sedan.
Both suspects were described as Caucasian male adults.

Suspect #1: WU, EVA (AFA, 24, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: ROBERTS, XAVIER (WMA, 27, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: BANKSTON, DEVIN (WMA, 24, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Folsom resident), S-2 (Woodland resident), and S-3 (Sacramento resident) were contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed all three suspects were on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine, heroin, and burglary tools. All three suspects were arrested, issued citations and released.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was involved in an argument with V-1. During the argument, S-1 struck V-1’s hand. V-1 signed a citizen’s arrest. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: SUPRUN, ILYA (WMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Location: 9100 block of E. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect: BERGQUIST, JEFFERY (WMA, 40, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) walked up to V-1’s vehicle while V-1 and V-2 were in it. S-1 used a tire iron to shatter one of the vehicle’s windows. S-1 then fled on foot but was located by responding officers not far from the scene. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 7400 block of Brandamore Ct.
Suspect: ALLEN, ERIC (BMA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and another person were involved in an argument when S-1 pulled out a firearm and fired four shots into the air. S-1 was later located at a nearby residence and a search of S-1’s residence led to the discovery of the firearm. A record check revealed S-1 was prohibited from
possessing firearms. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Victim: CONFIDENTIAL 
Suspect: UBIETA, ANTONIO (HMA, 24, ARRESTED)S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated when both S-1 and V-1 were involved in a physical altercation. During the altercation, both S-1 and V-1 sustained visible injuries. S-1 was determined to be the dominant aggressor. In S-1’s bedroom, officers located an extended firearm magazine. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: REED, MALAYSIA (BFA, 26, ARRESTED)S-1 (San Francisco resident) was observed shoplifting by store loss prevention. S-1 then left the store with the stolen merchandise and was located leaving in a vehicle by responding officers. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: JONES, AARON (BMA, 40, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call of a reckless driver. Responding officers located a vehicle in a parking lot matching the description of the reckless vehicle. S-1 (Citrus Heights resident) was contacted in the driver’s seat and he displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

A search incident to arrest of S-1’s purse led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
