Suspect: LESLEY, SIM (AFA, 40, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding a possible impaired driver. S-1 (Stockton resident) contacted by officers standing next to the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: TOLIVER, VICTORIA (WFA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Modesto resident) was known to V-1 and took V-1’s vehicle without permission. Officers contacted S-1 not far from the reported stolen vehicle which was parked. S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

V-1 was asleep in an open area and awoke to S-1 removing items from his pockets. S-1 brandished a knife and demanded V-1’s shoes. V-1 got up and ran away from S-1. S-1 was described as a Hispanic male, mid- twenties, wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 bit V-1’s arm causing a visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
