Charges: VC 10851, HS 11350 (A), 11357 (A)
Location: Red Fox Way / W. Stockton Blvd
Suspect: HANSON, PHILIP (WMA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) had been identified as the suspect related to a reported stolen vehicle investigation and observed in the above area. S-1 was contacted and detained. A search incident to arrest of S-1’s property led to the discovery of heroin and marijuana. S-1 was arrested and then
transported to the main jail.

Location: 9600 block of Webb St.
Suspect: MEDEIROS, JAMES (WMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted and arrested for violating a restraining order. S-1 was
transported to the main jail.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
