S-1 (Sacramento resident) contacted V-1 in violation of a restraining order. S-1 and V-1 were in a verbal argument when S-1 physically stopped V-1 from calling 911. The argument continued with S-1 throwing V-1 down to the ground. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that turned physical between both parties. S-1 twisted V-1’s arm causing pain. S-1 was determined to be the primary aggressor. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HEERS, PHILIP JR. (WMA, 42, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed driving a reported stolen vehicle in the above area. S-1 was stopped and detained. An inventory search of the vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia and burglary tools. The investigation revealed several items were missing from V-1’s truck as well as damage to the ignition column. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: JUVENILE (HMJ, 16, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle with the engine running. A record check revealed S-1 did not have a driver’s license. An inventory search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded firearm and a high capacity magazine. S-1 was taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the above area. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: ABOYTES, MAYRA (HFA, 32, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) drove three juveniles to the above business. The juveniles went into the store and were observed shoplifting. When confronted by store employees, the juveniles ran out of the store and got into S-1’s awaiting vehicle. S-1 drove away only to be stopped by a responding officer. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.
