Location: 8800 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect #1: KULM, BRIAN (WMA, 38, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: TAYLOR, JOSHUA (WMA, 30, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding a fence cut open and sounds of a someone cutting a catalytic converter from a yard of a business. A vehicle was seen leaving the business and was located not far from the scene by responding officers. S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted with bolt cutters, actively cutting a fence to a property, and was detained. S-2 (Sacramento resident) was observed in the suspect vehicle and fled the scene on foot. S-2 was located shortly after and detained. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A probable cause search of their vehicle found two catalytic converters, methamphetamine, and burglary tools. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 gave officers someone else’s name. Officers learned S-1’s real name and a record check revealed S-1 had a warrant for his arrest and a suspended driver license. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to discovery of heroin. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: GARCIA, REYNOLDO (HMA, 67, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
