S-1 (Vacaville resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 became uncooperative with officers and refused to exit the vehicle. S-1 was eventually detained. A search of S-1’s person and vehicle led to the discovery of controlled substances. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant at two locations (9200 block of CrowellDr. and 10300 block of Beckley Way) related to an active marijuana cultivation operation investigation.
Detectives recovered 176 marijuana plants and indicia related to marijuana sales. All four suspects (Elk Grove residents) were arrested, issued citations and released.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.
“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line).
