S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: MURPHY, COLIN (WMA, 19, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) entered V-1’s residence. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for shoplifting, issued a citation and released.
No major incidents or arrests logged.
