Suspect: KOTTKE, REUBEN (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was riding a bicycle and stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
