Mom shot and killed while driving with four kids, suspect arrested
The woman was driving with four kids and a man she had a relationship with that was the father of three of the kids. According to Sacramento Sheriff Deputies the man shot the woman and the car drove partially into the river. The incident happened late Monday night.
Mandiko Kwadzo, 27, of West Sacramento, was arrested and booked in the Sacramento County Jail on murder charges, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said.
