Charges: WARRANT
Location: 8700 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: BELGARDE, ASTON (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the above area. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Franklin High Rd. / Machico Way
Suspect: SERUVATU, ELIKI (OMA, 59, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a single vehicle collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Location: 8300 block of Sheldon Rd.

Suspect #1: QUESADA, SABIAN (WMA, 22, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: ALCALA, CHRISTIAN (AMA, 21, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding two suspicious vehicles parked in the above area. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 (Sacramento resident) and S-2 (Elk Grove resident) in their separate vehicles. A record check revealed both suspects were on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and indicia related to narcotic sales. A probation search of S-2’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HERNANDEZ, JASON (HMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
