Suspect: THOMAS, BRANDON (WMA, 33, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of heroin. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Officers were dispatched to a vandalism in progress. S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were identified as the two subjects vandalizing vehicles and construction equipment. S-1 and S-2 were taken into custody, issued citations, and released.

Suspect #2: JUVENILE (BMJ,17, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: JUVENILE (BMJ, 16, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Carmichael resident), S-2 (Citrus Heights resident), and S-3 (Antelope resident) were observed in the above area checking vehicle door handles and entering a vehicle. S-1, S-2 and S-3 were contacted by officers and detained. A record check revealed S-1 and S-3 were on probation. S-1, S-2, and S-3 were arrested, issued citations and released.

S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) were contacted during a vehicle stop for a vehicle code violation. In the vehicle, officers observed burglary tools. A record check of S-1 and S-2 revealed S-2 was on probation and had a warrant out for his arrest. S-2 was detained, and a probation search of his person led to the discovery of methamphetamine and cocaine. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery methamphetamine, additional burglary tools, and a catalytic converter. S-1 and S-2 were arrested. S-1 was issued a citation for possession of burglary tools, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia and released. S-2 was arrested for possession of burglary tools, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, and his warrant. S-2 was then transported to the main jail.

the discovery of heroin and methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released. S-2 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
