Officers responded to a call for service regarding a stolen vehicle that had been located with a male subject in it. S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were contacted not far from the stolen vehicle and detained. A record check revealed S-1 was also in violation of a protective order. Through further
investigation, officers identified S-1 as the suspect responsible for a commercial burglary that occurred earlier in the day. Both suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: LOMBA, JONATHAN (HMA, 20, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of the immediate vicinity of where S-1 was seated led to the discovery of brass knuckles. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
