Location: Poppy Ridge Rd. / Whitelock Pkwy
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a vehicle collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (HMA, 30)
V-1 and V-2 were approached by S-1 while walking. S-1 reached for and grabbed V-1 and V-2. V-1 fought off S-1. S-1 fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival. S-1 was described as a Hispanic, male adult, approximately 30 years old, medium build, black “poofy” hair, bushy eyebrows, and wearing black framed glasses.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
