NIGHT WATCH

Time: 0243 hours
Report #: 20-006068
Charges: HS 11378, 11351, 11364, 11375 (B)(1)
Location: Lewie Way / Stoney Creek Way
Suspect: FOLEY, BRANDON (BMA, 35, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to the reported area for a report of a suspicious activity near a vehicle. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was seen walking away from the vehicle. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of indicia related to narcotic sales,
methamphetamine, and heroin. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. A probation search of S-1’s residence led to the discovery of heroin, cocaine, and a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Elk Grove Blvd. / Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect: ALI, RAYMOND (HMA, 19, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 exited his vehicle and physically resisted the officers attempts to detain him. S-1 made a statement he was going to grab the officer’s duty weapon. S-1 was arrested. A search, incident to arrest, of S-1’s vehicle led to
the discovery of indicia related to narcotic sales and marijuana. While the officer was obtaining a statement from S-1, S-1 threatened to find and kill the officer. S-1 was then transported and booked into the main jail.

Location: 5300 block of Lake Pleasant Dr.
Suspect: ENOS, DUSTIN (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
Offices were dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle. S-1 (Walnut Grove resident) was observed in the driver seat of the vehicle. S-1 was contacted and detained. A record check of the vehicle revealed the vehicle was reported to be stolen. A record check of S-1 revealed warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
