Suspect: TEMORES, VICTOR (HMA, 30, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 threatened V-1 with a knife, causing V-1 to be in fear. S-1 then grabbed V-1 by the throat. S-1 was contacted near the area and detained. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: HENRY, JAMES (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed warrants out for his arrest. A search of S-1, incident to arrest, led to the discovery of a concealed knife. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
