Charges: HS 11377 (A), WARRANT
Location: 8300 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: ELLIOTT, DAVID (WMA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for his arrest. A probable cause search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: KORDONSKIY, ANDREY (WMA, 30, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Antelope resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of heroin and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

While being detained, S-1 walked away from officers. S-1 was detained without further incident and arrested. S-1 was provided a citation and released.

Location: 8900 block of Grant Line Rd.
Suspect: SULAMO, ISABELLA (AFA, 21, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Stockton resident) was observed by an officer driving a motor vehicle. S-1 pulled back into the parking lot while officers were on scene. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 then pointed a firearm at V-1 threatening V-1 and causing V-1 to be in fear. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated with S-1 pulling V-1 by the hair and by the shirt to remove V-1 from the vehicle. V-1 sustained visible injury. S-1 then drove away leaving V-1 on the side of the road. Shortly after, S-1 was contacted, arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order from S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 threw a metal object at V-1 causing a visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
