Suspect: SCHLAGEL, ALEKSANDER (WMA, 18, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted by officers related to an active investigation. Upon contact, S-1 held his skateboard and dog in a defensive manor towards officers, failing to follow officers’ commands. Officers utilized pepper sprayed and took S-1 into custody. S-1 was arrested and then
transported to the main jail.

Location: 7500 block of Laguna Blvd.
Suspect #1: WHARFF, ARIN (WFA, 29, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: PARKER, JAMES (MWA, 23, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento resident) were arrested for shoplifting. A search incident to arrest of S-2 led to the discovery of a burglary tool. A record check of S-1 revealed warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested for burglary, conspiracy and her outstanding warrants. S-2 was arrested for burglary, conspiracy and possession of burglary tools. Both S-1 and S-2 were transported to the main jail.
