V-1 contacted S-1. S-1 brandished what V-1 believed to be a firearm at V-1. V-1 left the area and S-1 left in an unknown direction. S-1 was described as a Caucasian, male adult, white hair, wearing acid
wash jeans, hoodie and a dark colored hat.

Suspect: HANOUM, JILL (WFA, 42, ARRESTED)
Officers observed S-1 (Sacramento resident) driving a motor vehicle in the above area. A record check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the vehicle was a reported stolen vehicle. A vehicle stop was conducted, and S-1 was detained. A record check of S-1 revealed she was on probation. S-1 was
arrested and then transported to the main jail. A search of S-1’s mask led to the discovery of methamphetamine.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed as the driver of a vehicle. S-1 was known to have a warrant out for his arrest. A vehicle stop was conducted, S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 provided a false name. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
