S-1 (Sacramento resident) was consensually contacted in a public place. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was consensually contacted in a public place. Upon contact, officers observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. A record check of the name provided by S-1 revealed the subject to be on probation. S-1 was detained and a probable cause search was conducted of S-1’s vehicle which led to the discovery of heroin, controlled substances, and indicia related to narcotic sales. Officers also located stolen license plates, credit cards and personal information to subjects who were not S-1. A record check of S-1’s real name, revealed he was on probation. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
