S-1 (Sacramento resident) was consensually contacted in a public place. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. S-
1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect #1: LOYA, JOSE (HMA, 34, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: GUILLEN, OSCAR (HMA, 33, ARRESTED)
Officers observed S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) hauling a large amount of lumber near a construction site. Officers detained S-1 and S-2. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for his
arrest. A probable cause search of S-1 and S-2 led to the discovery of methamphetamine. Further investigation found the lumber was stolen from a nearby construction site. S-1 was arrested for his warrant, possession of methamphetamine and the theft and S-2 was arrested for the theft and possession of methamphetamine. Both subjects were then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: LANDBILLS, DANDRE (BMA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
No major incidents or arrests logged.

Suspect: MEDINA, CELESTE (HFA, 27, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Hood resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 slapped V-1 in the face. V-1 was holding V-2 when S-1 caused V-1 to be hit with a security door. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
