Charges: HS 11377 (A), 11364
Location: Bendel Pl. / Waterman Rd.
Suspect: BRAR, STEVEN (OMA, 43, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of his person led to the discovery of methamphetamine. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. S-1 was
arrested, issued a citation and released.

Location: 8100 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect #1: UNKNOWN (BMA, 20)
Suspect #2: UNKNOWN (BMA, 20)
V-1 was walking when S-1 and S-2 exited a vehicle and hit V-1 with a metal object causing injury. S-1 and S-2 left the area in an unknown direction.

Location: 8400 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect: GARCIA, HERMAN (HMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) contacted V-1 and advised the location of his reported stolen vehicle. S-1 was contacted near the reported stolen vehicle and arrested. A search of S-1 incident to arrest led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, and a burglary tool. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

Location: Laguna Springs Dr. / W. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect: WASHINGTON, RAFFANEE (BFA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Oakland resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for her arrest. A search of S-1, incident to arrest,
led to the discovery of methamphetamine.

Suspect: DUBOSE, NATHAN (WMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a consensual contact. In plain view, officers observed drug paraphernalia. S-1 was detained and a probable cause search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 grabbed V-1 by the neck causing visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
