Suspect: RYAN, JOHN (WMA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. In plain view, officers observed methamphetamine. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on parole and had a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8100 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: TORRES, JOSE (HMA, 38, ARRESTED)
Officers attempted to stop S-1 (Sacramento resident), who was the driver of a motor vehicle, for a vehicle code violation. S-1 failed to stop and led officers on a pursuit. S-1 stopped, exited his vehicle, and was confrontational with officers. S-1 physically resisted officer as they attempted to place him under arrest. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: SINGH, ALVIN (OMA, 42, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
