S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on parole. A parole search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
