S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to have a warrant and contacted near the reported location. A record check of S-1 confirmed the warrant and he was arrested. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) caused damage to V-1’s property. V-1 signed a citizen’s arrest and S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: NGUYEN, NIKOLAS (AMA, 19, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a vehicle collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
