Officers responded to a call regarding a catalytic converter theft that had just occurred. Officers arrived in the area and located a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle leaving the area. S-1 (Sacramento
resident) refused to stop and led officers on a pursuit. S-1 eventually stopped on his own and was detained. A
search of the vehicle led to the discovery of seven catalytic converters and burglary tools. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
