Location: 8400 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: WATSON, LUKE (WMA, 27, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) approached V-1 and pointed a BB gun at V-1. V-1 believed the BB gun to be a real gun. S-1 was located nearby and detained by officers. S-1 was arrested and then transported to
the main jail.

Suspect: QUEIRDO, RUSSELL (HMA, 59, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to have an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was seen in the above area, arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8700 block of Summer Sun Ct.
Suspect #1: CHO, YU (AMA, 32, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: LEE, BRIDGET (AFA, 26, ARRESTED)
Officers were on scene of a call for service when S-2 (Sacramento resident) advised S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was using narcotics. Officers attempted to detain S-1 who became physically resistive, striking an officer in the chest. S-1 continued to physically resist causing an officer to sustain a visible injury. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance and was detained. During the incident, S-2 began yelling at officers and was close to officers. S-2 refused to comply with officers’ directives to move back.
S-2 became physically resistive when officers attempted to detain her. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of heroin. S-1 was arrested for possession of heroin and assault on an officer and then transported to the main jail. S-2 was arrested for delaying/ obstructing, issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 grabbed V-1 and pushed V-1 down to the ground. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Location: 9900 block of Country Oak Ct.
Suspect: FRY, MICHAEL (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted as the driver of a motor vehicle. Upon contact, officers observed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
