Location: 8300 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: SINGH, SHALVEEN (OMA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Location: 7500 block of Laguna Blvd.
Suspect #1: KNAPP, BRITTANY (WFA, 30, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: HEWITT, KRISTIE (BFA, 32, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: DIXON, CHRISTOPHER (BMA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1, S-2, and S-3 (Stockton residents) were observed by loss prevention shoplifting. All three exited the business and left the scene in a vehicle. A vehicle stop, for a vehicle code violation, was conducted and all three subjects were detained. In plain view, the stolen items were observed. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the discovery of heroin. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested for grand theft, possession of a heroin, conspiracy and her warrant. S-2
and S-3 were arrested for grand theft and conspiracy. All three were transported to the main jail.
