V-1 was involved in a verbal argument with S-1 that escalated when S-1 punched V-1 causing visible injury. S-1 left the scene in an unknown vehicle.

Location: Cullen Ct. / Emerald Vista Dr.
Suspect #1: GREEN, KEVIN (BMA, 44, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: SREY, BUN (AMA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 was the driver and S-2 was the passenger (Stockton residents) in a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact of S-1, officers observed a bag of methamphetamine. A record check revealed S-1 was on parole and prohibited from possessing firearms. A parole search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a handgun and burglary tools. A search incident to arrest of S-2 led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested for possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, possession of burglary tools and a parole hold. S-2 was arrested for possession of burglary tools and possession of methamphetamine. S-2 was issued a citation and released. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 stood in front ofthe door and kept V-1 from exiting the residence. S-1 then knocked V-1 to the ground and began to choke V-1. S-1 fled prior to officers’ arrival. S-1 was later located, arrested and then transported to the
main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 threw a metal object towards V-1. S-1 physically resisted when officers attempted to detain him. While officers were
attempting to detain S-1, S-2 (Elk Grove resident) pushed one of the officers. Officers were able to overcome the resistance and detained both suspects. S-2 was arrested for delaying/obstructing arrest,issued a citation and released. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.
