S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Stockton resident) was the driver and S-2 and S-3 (Stockton residents) were passengers of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. All three suspects were detained. A cursory search of S-3 led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of several pieces of mail not addressed to any of the three suspects in the vehicle, along with burglary tools All three suspects were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: JUVENILE (BMJ, 15, ARRESTED)
Suspect #1: JUVENILE (BMJ, 14, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a three-vehicle injury collision with occupants of one of the vehicles fleeing the collision on foot, later identified as S-1 (Lodi resident) and S-2 (Sacramento resident). A description was provided to the responding officers and with the assistance of the air unit, S-1 and S-2 were located near the area. S-1 and S-2 refused to obey commands to stop and fled on foot into a field. Additional officers arrived and detained both suspects. A search incident to arrest of S-1 led to the discovery of a
firearm. S-1 was taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall. S-2 (Sacramento resident) was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspects: JONES, RONNIE (BMA, 61, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 grabbed V-1 causing visible injury. S-1 fled prior to officers’ arrival but was located a short time later. A record check revealed S-1 had a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspects: OLIVARES, MANUEL (HMA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to officers to have a warrant our for his arrest and observed in the above area. S-1 was contacted, and officers attempted to detain S-1, who physically resisted. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
